I started my career at the company 25 years ago as an electrical engineer, together with several colleagues who are still part of the team today. At the beginning, I worked with radio networks, and later I focused on network maintenance applications, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. After that, I worked in Enterprise Solutions Development, and today I lead the Network Operations Center team and work on transforming the NOC through network monitoring automation and the use of AI tools.

After graduating from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, I wanted to apply my knowledge in the field I had studied. I started my career at a company focused on assessing and benchmarking the quality and performance of telecommunications networks. Through that work, I became increasingly interested in the data behind the network itself - I wanted to understand exactly what I was evaluating, how the network structure worked, and what stood behind its performance.

I am inspired by the dynamic nature of the telco industry and the transformative impact it has on businesses and society. Our job should be to find the best solution for the customers’ needs or to provide some sort of enabler that will make them better in their area of expertise. By doing that, we can learn about other industries and businesses as well. The fast-paced nature of the industry challenges me to stay ahead of the curve, continuously learn and adapt. Moreover, I am motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams of professionals, from engineers and product developers to sales experts, to solve complex problems and deliver value to customers.

Our business area sits within the Operations Department, and one can conclude that our primary responsibility is developing strategy and architecture in the IT Infrastructure domain. The team aims for a modern, reliable pool of IT infrastructure resources: computer, storage, platforms, and tools, that meets business needs efficiently. Key tasks include staying updated on new technologies, planning, and implementing their adoption, creating, and executing technological and financial plans. Additionally, architects provide support to colleagues whenever there is a need to design and deliver IT infrastructure for new applications or services.
