Responsibility for the safety, health, and well-being of individuals is embraced at all stages of our operations, including supply chains. Our policy is to work with suppliers who aspire to the same social and environmental standards as CETIN Serbia. We are committed to full compliance with all legal regulations and international agreements across every aspect of our operations, in all our activities, and in our interactions with third parties, public authorities, and business partners.

100 % employees trained on sustainability

Sustainability training will be introduced throughout CETIN International and we aim for 100 % senior management participation and at least 50 % employee participation by 2025.

Supplier engagement plan

Establish a sustainable supply chain program and implement it in collaboration with key suppliers to promote responsible and transparent practices across our value chain.

Supplier engagement plan

In 2024, we developed a comprehensive supply chain engagement plan to strengthen sustainability performance across our value chain. As part of this initiative, we selected IntegrityNext, a cloud-based ESG risk management platform, to support supplier engagement and oversight. The platform enables the collection, analysis, and management of sustainability data through supplier assessments, real-time news monitoring, and industry risk indicators. This initiative will help us proactively mitigate risks and drive long-term improvements in supply chain sustainability.
