Cetin new tenant in state data centre in Kragujevac

On Friday, October 8th Mr. Vladimir Skulić, CEO of CETIN doo Belgrade, and Mr. Danilo Savić, CEO of Data Cloud Technology d.o.o. have signed in Kragujevac the contract on opening of the Point of Presence and installation of CETIN’s equipment in the newly built State Data Centre. On this occasion, together with Slaviša Antić, an assistant director of The Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment, they discussed the capacity of the State Data Centre, tenants’ needs and further plans for digital infrastructure development.

’’By bringing CETIN into the State Data Centre in Kragujevac, we are continuing with our mission to provide our services to all our current and future users, so they can use services of multiple telecommunication operators. Starting from today our clients can select an outstanding telecommunication service quality of a regional leader in the field, ensuring additional security and trust of our tenants’’ said Mr. Savić.

’’By putting the equipment in the State Data Centre and investing in expanding our fibre optic network to the new Point of Presence, CETIN has an opportunity to provide its services to all State Data Centre users from private and public sector. From July this year CETIN has been providing the internet access and anti DDoS protection to The Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment. Additionally, we are looking for other opportunities for cooperating, given the ambitious Government’s plans for digital infrastructure development ’’ said Mr. Skulić.
